WITNESS ACCOUNT 0021

The witness reported hearing The Call shortly before observing several figures at the far end of the street.

No photograph was obtained.

The sketch shown above was produced the following morning.

According to the witness, the figures remained visible only while The Call could be heard.

When the sound ceased, the street was empty.

The witness returned to the location the following evening.

The figures did not reappear.

The Call did.
